Bring The Spring Speed Tasting

Join me at Floral Fromage on March 22nd for a new round speed tasting. This iteration will showcase some of my favorite spring flavors and pairing options. Learn about the basics of cheesemaking, different styles of cheese, and how to pair your favorite cheese. Join any time throughout the day, stay as long or as short as you want for only $5 per round. Starting 1:30pm, we will taste 6 different cheeses through the course of 60 Minutes and then start again - the last round will be served at 5:20pm (timeline with corresponding cheeses will be published here closer to the event). Every ten minutes there will be a new round of cheese and a new cheese fact to learn. Bring your bestie, favorite person, or just appetite. Seating is limited but I will try to accommodate everyone who makes their way in!
