CHEESE 101

Cheese 101 is right for you if you are looking to expand your basic cheese-making expertise and have some general questions about cheese, cheese-making, or cheese-pairing you always wanted to ask. The class is a late-lunch/dinner style conversation. Everyone will be seated at the communal table inside the shop. You’ll get to taste some of my favorite cheeses and accompaniments while I will share with you what I know about cheese. The tastings will include at least 3 different cheeses and plenty of accompaniments (e.g. artisanal chocolate, jams, crackers, fruit, bread, and more). We will walk-through the basics of the cheese making process, taste cheese with different pairing options, and discuss all your most pressing cheese questions. Cheeses and accompaniments change from class to class.
