Fish & Cheese Pairing

Tinned fish is hearty and healthy and most of all DELICIOUS. It also pairs really well with a multitude of foods, including cheese. With a few tins & cheeses you can make a delicious meal in minutes. During this Fish & Cheese Pairing session we will go through the basics of pairing foods and share four courses of cheese & tinned fish pairings. This is a conversation-style class, everyone is encouraged to share their thoughts, questions, and tasting experience. Welcome beverage & water included, there are beverages to purchase at the shop. The class takes approx. 60min. Please arrive 15 prior to start, so we can get the class started on time. Before and after the class you will have time to browse the shop and talk to your fellow cheese-enthusiasts.
