Join us for a special version of our Cheese 101 class on Easter Sunday. This class combines two of Floral Fromage's Owner's, Katharina, favorite foods: CHEESE AND CHOCOLATE. From founding Germany's first fairtrade school company in highschool, over living and working in the Dominican Republic with the Fairtrade cooperative CONACADO, to educating schools throughout Germany about fairtrade, Katharina has a long standing interest and knowledge about the cacao and the chocolate making process. Combine that with then fact that chocolate and cheese are actually delicious together et voila, you have the perfect pairing class. The class give both, an introduction into the basics of cheese-making, as well as an introduction into cacao & chocolate-making. Throughout the class you will have the chance to try different cheese and artisanal chocolate pairings and ask all your questions about cheese, chocolate, and pairing basics.
