This smooth and creamy little heart of brie cheese is named after Redhead Creamery's owner's Alise and Lucas’ daughter, Lucy and thus extra special to the Redhead Creamery team. It’s small, cute and delightful. The heart version of this brie is a Valentine's special. Enjoy with a glass (or two) of Chardonnay or Frontenac.
