The Champagne sablé is a pure butter biscuit of great finesse . It is a regional specialty from Maison Fossier with a simply divine recipe.
Compared to a classic shortbread, part of the flour is replaced by almond powder and part of the water used to moisten the dough by a hint of champagne.
It is then all the finesse and aroma of the champagne which is expressed in the mouth.

Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, concentrated butter, almond powder 6%, eggs, champagne 2%, salt, starch, raising agent (ammonium carbonate), flavoring, dextrose, skimmed milk.
